Dual Enrollment funding Program

Note: GSFC must have the required qualifying test score(s) on file prior to the high school or home study approving courses on the student’s Dual Enrollment funding Application.

Submitting Test Scores for Dual Enrollment

Email SAT score reports to GSFC at dualenrollment@gsfc.org.

1. Print your test score report from College Board’s website for the SAT.
2. Sign, date and write this statement on the report: "This is a true and exact copy of the original score report."
3. Save your document(s) as one electronic file (acceptable file types: pdf, jpg, jpeg, png, bmp, tif, tiff).
4. The body of the email must provide:

• student’s full name
• high school of attendance
• date of birth (DOB)
• last four of digits of the Social Security Number (SSN)

To request ACT to submit your score report to GSFC electronically, follow these steps:

1. Go to ACT.org and sign into your account.
2. Select your ACT score report be sent to GSFC by entering the recipient code: 2225
3. ACT will then send GSFC an electronic file to update the student’s record.

9 th Graders

• Students in the 9th grade are not eligible to participate in the Dual Enrollment funding Program.

Age Limit

• Students must be less than twenty-two (22) years of age on the start date of the postsecondary term of enrollment for which funding is sought.
• Students who reach twenty-two (22) years of age during the postsecondary term, may complete the term.

Length of Eligibility

• A student’s length of eligibility concludes at the end of the term in which the one of the following has occurred. The student has:
  • Reached the Age limit or
  • Reached the Funding Cap or
  • Received a high school diploma, a General Education Development (GED) diploma or completed a Home Study program.

  Course Retake & Withdrawals

  • A student may not receive funding to repeat or retake a course.
  • A student is no longer eligible to continue to receive program funding after withdrawing from Dual Enrollment course(s) two (2) times.
