Graduation/Program Completion

Students may choose to graduate/complete under the catalog in effect at the time of their first enrollment or any subsequent catalog provided that the student graduates/completes within eight years from the date of the first enrollment. If students do not graduate/complete within this eight-year period, they may be subject to fulfilling any new program requirements in effect.

There is one graduation/program completion ceremony a year which is held in May; however, degrees are conferred only at specific intervals for the year. Students are not eligible to participate in the ceremony if they do not meet the following requirements:

Every student must sign and return a Graduation & Diploma Application in order to have their degree conferred, and every student must sign and return a Ceremony Petition in order to participate in the ceremony.
