You may have noticed at times when you are told to transfer for a temporary time in a different company or school or even a college. Not because you are told you have done something wrong, but it is more like an exchange agreement has been made. There are times when you are asked and tasked to be sent to a different school, college or even company in order to train or for your skills and talents to be rented out for a specific reason. We may also have encountered foreign exchange, except it is different from how they may depict it in movies. A faculty exchange is quite a part of the norm for some schools, colleges and even companies. But it is not only faculties, it can also be student exchanges. The same goes for these types of exchanges, there is always a reason behind them and an agreement as well.
