Transcripts Request

Please note that transcripts are provided by a third party, and cannot be picked up at the university in person. Please ensure that your transcripts are completed or up to date before you submit your official transcript request. You may verify final grades and/or degree posting, by reviewing your Unofficial Transcripts on www.flvc.org.

1. Log in to MyBobcat using your STU Username and Password or PIN.
2. Click on Students (left hand side).
3. Click on Unofficial Transcript

Current Students, Former Students and Alumni:St. Thomas University utilizes an online transcript ordering service offered through National Student Clearinghouse. This system allows you the convenience and efficiency of ordering your official transcripts via the Web at any time, 24/7. You can order as many transcripts as you like in one online session using any major credit card. Each transcript costs $10.25.

• Click on Order Track Verify
• Click Order or Track a Transcript
• Select St. Thomas University from the drop down menu
• Click Submit
• Complete Request
